ModUtils: Modular Utilities for Robot Development

The ModUtils package contains libraries and tools for building modular robotic systems. These include standard fare such as communications toolkits and data logging/replay facilities for helping with the actual robotic software modules, and a consistent meta-architectural framework for building individual modules and moving to using and managing those modules in an integrated system.
The documentation is structured to first explain the basic philosophy of the ModUtils system, and then take a user through how to build a module, then how to build interfaces to modules, and finally, how to build systems out of modules.
